Player Expectations
* We expect players to be mature and respectful of guild mates and non-guild mates alike. This means that we expect you to refrain from activities that promote gossip, hearsay and rumors.
* We expect you to have the latest versions of each of the guild-sanctioned mods/add ons installed.
* We expect you to have the Ventrilo software installed and to have the necessary working hardware for using the application.
* We expect you to use your resources before you begin posting questions in the forums or in-game chat. That said, questions are fine, but remember that if anyone gives you a resource to use to find your answer, it is because he or she is offering you the chance to learn how to fish.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Guild Expectations
Members can expect the following:
* Open communication which includes full disclosure on all aspects of guild activities.
* Regular raiding and group activities that are posted on the Calendar.
* When used, management of DKP that is fair, relevant and appropriate to each guild-sanctioned event.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Game Play
The standards by which all members will abide:
* When in group, and someone dies, do not loot until they return to the site.
* Be mindful of selecting NEED on more than one item of loot during a group run. You should take care to let others NEED as well.
* When high levels toons are running low level toons through quests or instances, they should refrain from looting in order to let the lowbies benefit from the loot drops as well as the xp for the run.
* Characters who are 60+ are expected to assist lower levels periodically but only when all attempts for finding a group (in guild and out of guild) have failed.
* Characters below 85 are expected to work hard to level up regularly, use their resources and be sure to ask for help or assistance when necessary. Everyone should understand that there is a difference between someone who works hard and needs help on occasion, and someone who is perceived as "needy."
